1. All sales are final and non-refundable
2. We offer exchange if incorrect size is delivered however if the product is customized then there won’t be any exchange.
3. Exchanges can be done only if there is a defect, mistake or quality issue.
4. No exchanges on sale items unless we delivered the incorrect order.
5. In case of an exchange the customer will bear the DHL cost.
6. Any exchange should be brought to our notice within one-week of the receipt. Any claim made afterwards would not be honored.
7. In case of International Orders, if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency, then Zuri will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
